Our Process
A serious message deserves a serious process.
We make podcasting stable and repeatable, so you can focus on the work that matters.
Most Podcasts Fail
If you make it past 20 episodes, you’re in the top 10% of all podcasts.
Why?
Most podcasters:
- Build fragile workflows
- Publish inconsistently
- Settle for “good enough quality”
- Waste hours using tools they don’t need or understand
- Give up before they realize their potential
90% of podcasts fail by episode 20.
We keep you from becoming a statistic.
Step 1. Discovery Call
The first step is simple. We talk.
On the discovery call, we clarify:
- What your show is for and who it serves
- Whether you are launching a new podcast or improving an existing one
- What is creating friction right now (quality, time burden, inconsistency, tech)
- What level of support makes sense for your goals and budget
- What your timeline is
If we are a fit, we outline the next steps and move into setup. If we are not, you will still leave the call with clearer direction than you had before.
Step 2. Complete Setup
This is where most podcasts stumble. We make it straightforward.
We set up the workflow so recording and publishing become repeatable, not improvised. Depending on your needs, that includes:
- Studio configuration for remote recording
- Equipment and settings guidance
- A simple system for file handling and episode flow
- Publishing and distribution
- A clear structure for titles, show notes, and approvals
If you already record in a studio and have a working system, we integrate with it. If you need a cleaner workflow, we build it.
Step 3. Press Record
When the system is in place, your job is to record.
You can record from your own space, in a studio, or remotely. Solo or with guests. If you want the highest level of support, a live producer can join your session to troubleshoot, monitor audio, and handle the technical details in real time.
After you record, we handle what most people dread:
- Editing and cleanup
- Consistency and polish
- Titles and show notes
- Uploading and publishing
- Ongoing improvement and guidance
You do not have to become an editor. You do not have to babysit the process. You press record, and the work moves forward.
